• WhatsNew.jsp. JSP page that illustrates jsp:include. Uses Item1.html, Item2.html, Item3.html, and JSP-Styles.css.
• Item1.html. First news item included by WhatsNew.jsp. Goes in the WEB-INF directory.
• Item2.html. Second news item included by WhatsNew.jsp. Goes in the WEB-INF directory.
• Item3.html. Third news item included by WhatsNew.jsp. Goes in the WEB-INF directory.
• JSP-Styles.css. Style sheet used by many of the JSP pages in this chapter and throughout the book.
• SomeRandomPage.jsp. JSP page that illustrates <%@ include ...%>. Uses ContactSection.jsp.
• ContactSection.jsp. Snippet included by SomeRandomPage.jsp. Goes in the WEB-INF directory.
• PluginApplet.jsp. JSP page that invokes an applet by means of the Java Plugin. Illustrates the use of jsp:plugin. Requires the PluginApplet, TextPanel, DrawingPanel, and WindowUtilities classes.
• PluginApplet.java. An applet that uses Swing and Java 2D and thus requires the Java Plug-in. Remember that applets are executed by the browser, whereas servlets and JSP pages are executed by the server. Thus, the applet .class file goes in the regular Web-accessible directory, not in WEB-INF/classes.
• TextPanel.java. JPanel that places a panel with text drawn at various angles in the top part of the window and a JComboBox containing font choices in the bottom part. The .class file goes in the regular Web-accessible directory, not in WEB-INF/classes.
• DrawingPanel.java. A window with text drawn at an angle. The font is set by means of the setFontName method. The .class file goes in the regular Web-accessible directory, not in WEB-INF/classes.
• WindowUtilities.java. A few utilities that simplify using windows in Swing. The .class file goes in the regular Web-accessible directory, not in WEB-INF/classes.
